Premium 1:1 integration intensive combining embodiment and emotional integration with identity/self-worth repair and trauma/memory reprocessing—grounded in a pre-intensive assessment and goal map, supported by a take-home Whole-Self Plan, and reinforced with between-session guided practices and check-ins.

Sessions are available in-person or online and run for 60-90 minutes each. Most clients book weekly or fortnightly, and we’ll review progress regularly to make sure the work stays aligned with your needs and goals.
